What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method.
- Shop data from TikTok Shop (with your permission): orders, settlements, fees, payouts, products, returns and shop information.
- Data you enter: product costs, expenses and team members.
- Billing details, processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
How we use it
Only to calculate and show your profit, send the alerts and reports you choose, provide support, and bill your plan. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Buyer information
We only keep the minimum buyer data needed for order-level reporting, such as region. We don't contact your customers.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each seller can only see their own account. Access to TikTok is read-only.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnect your shop or close your account and we delete your shop data within 30 days. Ask us anytime to export or delete your data.
