1. The service
Margilla provides profit and loss analytics for TikTok Shop sellers. We read order, finance, product and return data from shops you connect, combine it with the costs you enter, and show the results in your dashboard.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe, and are responsible for activity on your account and any team members you invite.
3. Free trial and billing
- Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start.
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically and your card is charged monthly or yearly.
- Plans are based on monthly order volume. If you go over your limit, we'll ask you to move to the right plan.
4. Shop connection
Margilla uses TikTok Shop's official read-only access. We cannot change listings, prices, orders or anything else in your shop. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Accuracy
Figures depend on the data TikTok provides and the costs you enter. Margilla is a reporting tool and not tax, legal or accounting advice.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to access other sellers' data, resell access, or break the law while using Margilla.
7. Ending your account
You can cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Margilla's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
